    SAINT JOHN, N.B. – The Acadia swimming team bettered last year’s AUS Swimming championship medal haul of 21 with 33 medals this past weekend. The Axemen and Axewomen finished second in their respective gender category and second overall.

  • Liem and MacDonald honoured with AUS Swimming Awards

    (SAINT JOHN, N.B.) Atlantic University Sport is pleased to announce the 2017-18 AUS swimming major award winners as selected by the conference’s six head coaches. Acad's Brett Liem was named the Male Swimmer of the Year, while Acadia head coach Gary MacDonald was named the Male Coach of the Year. Congrats to both.
  • Axemen fall short by 10 points in defeating Tigers

    HALIFAX, N.S. – The dominant men’s swim team at Dalhousie had a challenger this past weekend in Halifax. The Axemen swim team fell short by 9.5 points in matching the Tigers’ output in the AUS’s last regular season swim meet of the season.

    HALIFAX, N.S. – The Acadia swim team completed the three-day Kemp-Fry Swim Meet hosted by Dalhousie University this past weekend with a second place finish in the men’s and women’s divisions and an overall combined second place finish behind the host Dalhousie Tigers.
