Welcome to our NEW Fitness Center! With help from the Acadia Student's Union, Alumni donations and other funding we were able to create a brand new space for students, athletes and community members to train & workout in!

Our new space is large, airy and comes complete with brand new state of the art Cybex & Hoist strength & Cardio Equipment.

Acadia's 6-lane, 25 meter pool is the home to the newly formed Acadia Varsity Swim Team, and longtime home to the Wolfville Triton's Swim Club.

Our Acadia pool offers a variety of swim times for facility members and the public, as well as Red Cross Learn-To-Swim, LifeSaving Society Lifeguarding courses and various aquafitness programming.

ompleted in 1988, this facility is the most recent addition to Acadia's athletics facilities. It was built to provide Acadia with an international size ice surface, seating for 1800 and an additional 1,000 on the ice surface for events.

A multi-purpose room, used for meetings and classes was named the Wolfville Room in recognition of the harmony that exists between the Town and the University and the tremendous fan support given to our Varsity teams by residents of Wolfville.

A Sports Hall of Fame bears witness to the achievements of individuals and teams throughout Acadia's history.  The upper concourse of the arena seating area provides an indoor walking area to patrons on days of unfavourable outdoor weather.

Our Gymnasium is home to a variety of our Axemen & Axewomen varsity teams, sports clubs, intramurals, the SMILE & Kinderskills programs, free public use time and a host of other events & programs.

With its cushion floor, mirrors and dance bars it's built for Fitness.  We don't just hold fitness classes in here we also host Kinesiology Fitness labs, Dance Acadia and Acadia Dance Community Collective who offer a variety of dance classes throughout the week.

Raymond field is home to the Acadia Axemen Varsity Football team, Varsity Soccer, Rugby & Cross Country teams, as well as other recreational sports teams and intramurals.  Raymond field also boasts lots of seating space for spectators to watch the many varsity games held on the newest generation of Fieldturf.

Our fantastic outdoor running track is a great place to walk and/or run laps for students, athletes and community facility members alike (weather permitting).

When the weather outside is frightful feel free to walk/run on our indoor track.  It circles the arena ice surface and there's always something interesting to watch!
